Within 24 hours of you dropping us a line we will phone or email you to organise a time to come and see you at a time that is convenient to you, evenings and weekends is fine with us!
This is FREE and obligation FREE including 3D drawings/designs.
At the first visit we do a complete measure and discuss all your needs and requirements including what you would love to have, at this point we also advise what is good and bad and give you all the information about materials used in kitchens, this visit usually takes around an hour maximum.
Once leaving your home we go about doing you a 3D design/drawing within 24 hours (not 3 weeks later)!!
We wait for you to come back to us with any changes you would like to see or if you are happy we go straight to the quoting stage. You will receive a quote again within 24 hours.
If you are happy with the design and the quote we then organise a time to come back to see you with samples and colours so you can see them in your own home, this is very important as colours and finishes in your home are totally different to a showroom with artificial lighting, we also at this stage do the final accurate measure. At no stage once the quote has been done will the price change unless you change something with the design, we do NOT come back after the final measure and put the price up stating something has changed!!
Last but not least we organise and lock you a date in for installation.
*Note* If we say we are going to be at your home on a certain morning at 7.30 am or an evening at 6.30 pm we WILL be there and if we are running late with any appointment throughout the whole process we WILL call you to let you know!
We are very much a boutique design and installation business keeping ourselves a very exclusive club. Because of this we only install one kitchen a week making sure the client always remains a person or family not an invoice number!
